Dr. Heather Volpp
Dr. Heather Volpp is a board-certified physician (MD, ABIM) and the founder of SynergyO3. After 15 years in allergy and immunology, she now practices functional medicine in North San Diego — helping patients uncover and address the root causes that traditional medicine so often overlooks.
Apryl Pidding
Co-founder and Nurse Practitioner Apryl Pidding brings a wide-ranging path to SynergyO3 — from a U.S. Coast Guard reserve officer to earning her nursing degrees at the University of San Diego. She blends integrative, root-cause care with a deeply personal approach to every patient. Apryl lives in Encinitas with her husband and two sons, and loves hiking, camping, and surfing.
Liz Lee
With 30 years as a registered nurse and over 14 years in plastic surgery, Liz Lee brings expertise and an artistic eye to aesthetic care — focused on safe, natural-looking results tailored to each patient. Outside the clinic, Liz enjoys pickleball, yoga, and time with her husband and three children.
Brian Lee
A Southern California native, Brian Lee began nursing in Pomona at the onset of the pandemic, then spent four years as a travel nurse — arriving in San Diego by way of Seattle with deep cardiac and neuro telemetry experience. Outside work, Brian fosters rabbits and hopes to one day open his own bunny rescue with his girlfriend, Noelle.
Trish Quinones
With over 15 years in healthcare, Trish Quinones is the welcoming heart of SynergyO3’s front office. A certified Medical Assistant and X-ray Technician, she spent nine years in allergy and immunology before joining the team in 2022. Her dedication makes every visit feel personal and well cared for.
